Review your items, selected currency, delivery address and final total at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Delivery destinations & charges

We deliver to the USA, Central America and Australia. Standard delivery is free on every order. International delivery is subject to destination availability and applicable restrictions. Estimated delivery for the USA and other available destinations except Australia: 4–14 business days, including 2 business days for order processing and 2–12 business days in transit. Processing and delivery days are Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after 14:00 London time, or on a non-working day, are counted from the next business day. Public holidays and destination conditions may affect delivery times. We deliver to Australia. Delivery estimates vary by destination; contact [email protected] for the current estimate for your address before ordering.

Central America includes Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. Read delivery details.

Returns & order support

For change-of-mind returns in all countries we serve, notify [email protected] within 30 days after receiving your goods, then send them back within the next 14 days. For items with a USD unit retail price below $20 before discounts, no physical return is required; contact us within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. For other items, you pay return postage. Our 30-day comfort guarantee lets you try the item for fit and comfort. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, including our responsibility for required return costs.
