Finding your fit
Position the headrest pad on a compatible seat, secure its straps, then put on the sling and position the mask. Rest your arms inside the fabric and adjust gently.

Care & keeping
Keep the pieces clean and dry between uses. Air them fully before storing, and close hook-and-loop fasteners so they do not snag the fabric.
Follow the care label on each piece before washing. Do not assume that the mask, padded headrest and sling have the same wash instructions. Avoid heat, wringing and tumble drying unless expressly allowed by the label.

Will it fit every plane or train seat?
No universal fit is promised. Use only with a compatible headrest and where the operator permits it. Keep all safety equipment accessible.
Can I wear just the eye mask?
The mask is a separate piece. Check its fit and the included instructions before use; the full kit is intended for seated passenger rest.
Is this noise cancelling or a neck treatment?
No. The kit has no active noise cancellation and is not a treatment for neck pain or sleep disorders. It does not guarantee deeper sleep.
How do I choose a comfortable fit?
Adjust gently while seated. The mask should not press painfully and the sling should not restrict movement. Remove the kit if you feel discomfort.
How do returns work?
