A moment you recognise
Your day is winding down. Let the light around you wind down, too.
A bright living room and one last screen can keep the evening feeling like the middle of the day. These glasses are offered by the supplier as blue-light-filtering eyewear. The red and orange tints visibly change the light and colours you see, making them a distinct part of your wind-down routine. Put them on while you are still awake, dim the room and make time for quieter activities before bed. Their role is to complement that setting, not replace it.
Make evening light a conscious choice
Bring blue-light-filtering eyewear into a quieter routine with dimmer lamps and less screen time.
Find your preferred tint
Choose a red, orange or clear view, with the black frame finish shown in your selected option.
One pair, ready for your ritual
Keep your glasses beside your evening book and remove them before sleep.
Look closer. Feel the difference.
A simple frame. A more considered evening.

A filter for your evening routine
Tinted lenses put a physical filter between your eyes and surrounding light. The supplier markets this design for blue-light filtering; pair it with dimmer room lighting for your evening wind-down. Filtering strength is not established for each tint.
Choose the tint you want to live with
Red and orange lenses create a noticeably tinted view; clear lenses offer a more neutral appearance. Colour alone cannot tell you the filtering strength. Choose a comfortable view rather than assuming every option filters equally.
A familiar frame, one simple habit
The square plastic frame has conventional folding temples. Keep the pair beside your book so putting it on becomes a practical cue to lower the lights and finish the day.
Picture it in your day
One pair. Three ways to wind down.
A chapter before lights out
Swap the last scroll for a paper book under a comfortable, low lamp. Wear the glasses only while awake, and take them off before settling onto your pillow.
An evening screen you cannot avoid
If you need to use a device, reduce its brightness and keep the task brief. The glasses can sit within that routine; they are not permission to keep bright screens on indefinitely.
A shared living room
When someone else is still watching television, choose your tint and a quieter activity. Turn down surrounding light where practical and begin preparing for your usual bedtime.

From the first try to your own ritual
Dim the room. Put them on. Ease into bedtime.

Begin 1–2 hours before bed
Dim the room, reduce screen brightness and put on your chosen pair while you are awake. Use the last hour or two before bed as a regular cue to switch from busy tasks to quieter activities.
Check the view and fit
Rest the bridge comfortably on your nose and check that the temples do not press. Tinted lenses change colour perception. Remove them if vision or comfort feels wrong.
Take them off for sleep
Fold the temples and leave the glasses in a clean, protected place before lying down. Keep your bedroom dark and return to the same calming sequence the next evening.
Choose for the way you rest
Is this your
kind of comfort?
A good place to start if…
- You want a visible cue to start winding down before bed.
- You are comfortable with the colour shift of the chosen tint.
- You want one pair of evening glasses rather than a multipack.
What to consider before choosing
These are not prescription or over-glasses frames. Red and orange lenses alter colour perception and light levels. Do not use them for driving, cycling or tasks that need accurate colours or clear visibility. A comfortable fit and appropriate room lighting still matter.

When should I wear them?
Try making them part of the last 1–2 hours before your usual bedtime, while awake. Dim the lights and limit bright screens at the same time. Remove the glasses before sleeping.
How does blue light relate to melatonin?
Evening light, especially shorter blue wavelengths, can suppress or delay melatonin, part of the body’s night-time signal. Reducing evening light exposure is the rationale for filtering glasses. This pair has not been shown in a clinical test to normalise melatonin or improve sleep.
Do all lens colours filter the same amount?
No equivalent performance has been established. The supplier lists a broad 20–90% range without a verified measurement for each option. We do not assign a blocking percentage to a colour or claim complete blue-light blocking.
Which tint should I choose?
Red and orange visibly change colour perception; clear lenses look more neutral. Choose the appearance and comfort you prefer. Lens colour is not a certified measure of performance.
Is this a pack of several glasses?
No. The price is for one pair in your selected option. Multi-pair supplier offers are not part of this listing.
Can I wear them while sleeping or driving?
Take them off before sleep. Do not wear tinted lenses for driving, cycling or tasks where reduced light or altered colour perception could make the activity unsafe.
Can they replace prescription glasses?
No. This listing does not offer prescription correction or a fit-over design.
Will they guarantee better sleep?
No. Sleep outcomes vary, and studies of blue-light-filtering glasses have mixed results. They are an optional part of an evening routine, alongside dimmer lighting and regular sleep timing.
