Care & keeping
Keep the mask in a clean, dry place between uses. Let any moisture dry fully before wearing it again or putting it in a bag.
Check the care label before washing. If it allows hand washing, use cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, then lay the mask flat to air dry in a well-ventilated place.
Avoid wringing, tumble drying or drying on a heater. Do not machine wash or soak the mask unless its care label specifically allows it.

What does a sleep mask help with?
A sleep mask covers the eye area to help reduce unwanted light. It can be part of a wind-down routine alongside a dark, quiet room and a regular sleep schedule. Results vary; it is not a treatment for sleep problems.
Are the ear cushions noise-cancelling headphones?
No. They are fabric-covered cushions, with no speakers, electronics or active noise cancellation. There is no verified sound-reduction rating, so they are not hearing protection.
